I have been burned, but I feel at fault. I fell too fast for a girl with an asshole for a man. How's the saying go? If you love someone, make her feel as if she's insufficient so that she's constantly trying to obtain your respect? I gotta work on that.
Whatever, I suppose. I genuinely hope things work out well for her. And when they don't work out well with him, I hope she remembers me fondly and gets in touch, rather than thinking of me and feeling as if she'd been told "I told you so."
